During the challenging time of wedding planning Jane was a steady, solid and supportive ally. Her funny and kind nature kept our spirits up while her leadership skills ensured we stayed on track with our preparations, without feeling like we were being bossed around.

  Jane was a tremendous help in deciding what we should, and what we wanted to, say to each other on our special day. Jane asked us to think about why we were getting married and how and why we got together and she took this information and made it into "our story". The end result was funny, honest and romantic. .

  Her presence in front of our guests was felt long after her duties were done as she was able to control the crowd (and photographers!) in a graceful and gracious manner. Not to mention the fun of many of our guests wondering "who's that girl?".

  I would recommend Jane to anyone who would like a celebrant that is honest, sincere, helpful, flexible and easy going. She really helped us to feel calm and excited about our wedding, knowing we had her on our side.

I believe in the power of ceremony, in the significance of declaring your love out loud and making pledges for life in front of family and friends.

I bring to the role of Marriage Celebrant four decades of experience in the entertainment industry. As an actor, singer, public speaker, master of ceremonies and, more recently, as a published novelist.

I also bring a sense of humour - one which knows its place.

I know how to put on a good show.

Your wedding is your show. You both know what you want. It's my job to help you achieve that outcome.

I may be able to point you in the direction of aspects you may not have considered or happily follow your specific instructions. Together we can create a truly memorable occasion.
